How do I book a flight?
Search flights, check fares and book at booking.medsky.aero or in the MedSky Airways app. Both offer the same features and services. You cannot book or pay on medsky.aero.
Where can I find my booking?
Open the booking website or MedSky Airways app, select Bookings and sign in to your account.
How do I request a change or refund?
On booking.medsky.aero or in the MedSky Airways app, open More. Use Customer Care to ask about ticket changes, or Cancellation and Refund Requests to submit a request. Requests are subject to your ticket conditions.
How do I check available flights and fares?
Enter your route and travel dates on the booking website or in the MedSky Airways app to see available flights and fares.
How much baggage can I bring?
Look at the weight and number of pieces included on your ticket. If the details are unclear, ask our team to confirm both cabin and checked baggage before you travel.
Can I bring extra bags or sports equipment?
Contact us ahead of your flight with the item type, dimensions, weight and route. The team can confirm acceptance requirements and applicable charges.
What if my bag does not arrive?
Tell the baggage desk before you leave the airport. Keep the bag tag and any report reference, then use the lost-baggage form to reach our team.
How do I report damaged baggage?
Use the baggage report form and choose Damaged Baggage. Upload a photo for each bag included in the damaged-baggage report.
When should I get to the airport?
Use the guidance in your flight confirmation, allowing time for check-in, baggage drop, security and immigration. Contact us before your travel day if the timing is unclear.
Which documents do I need?
Requirements depend on your nationality, destination and transit points. Check passport, visa and entry requirements with the relevant official authorities before your trip.
How do I arrange special assistance?
Speak with our team before departure. Include your reference, travel date and the assistance you need so the arrangements can be confirmed.
Where is my Medy Miles account?
Sign in to your account on the booking website or in the MedSky Airways app to access Medy Miles. The website and app offer the same services.
